refTSS Use-cases
The use-case contains two categories demonstrating how to utilize refTSS in the biological research.
1. Collecting TSS information using refTSS
- Surveillance of potential candidates for the promoter and proximal cis-element of the gene of interest.
- Investigating differences in expression levels between splicing variants using the FANTOM5 TSS expression table.
