  • Fixed the format of TATA-box annotation

v3.2 (2021-7-21)

The release is for minor updates, in which several annotation files are updated based on the latest public resources, and add a new data object for easily handling the refTSS data in the R environment.

  • Updated TSS annotation based on the latest public annotation sources
  • Updated TATA-box annotation
  • Updated HOMER annotation
  • Added R data format (RDS) file

v3.1 (2019-04-20)

The release is for minor updates, in which several annotation files are updated based on the latest public resources, and add a new columns in the TSS positions (BED files).

  • Updated TSS annotation based on the latest public annotation sources

The release is for major updates. We revised the TSS sets both in human and mouse for filtering out unreliable TSSs. Based on the revised TSS sets, we updated the annotation files.

  • Removed unnecessary and problematic samples in the source data, and rebuilt an integrated TSS peak set (human)
  • Revised analysis results based on the above rebuild TSS peak set
  • Removed CNE results
  • Added Regulatory build analysis result
  • Revised annotation based on the latest annotation sources
