• Updated TSS annotation based on the latest public annotations

• Updated TSS annotation based on the latest public annotations
• Updated Regulatory Build annotation based on the latest one
• Add center positions of TSS regions in the coordination files

• Removed unnecessary and problematic samples in the source data, and rebuilt an integrated TSS peak set (human)
